At iCAN Global Ministries, mentors provide guidance, encouragement, accountability, and hope to individuals returning home from incarceration. Whether your experience comes from lived involvement with the justice system or a deep commitment to supporting second chances, your presence can make a lasting difference.

We believe credible messengers are individuals with lived experience who bring unique insight and connection. We also welcome mentors who bring compassion, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Formal justice system experience is valued but not required.
