Sherri L. Cox is the Founder, CEO, and Executive Director of iCAN Global Ministries and a seasoned public-sector and nonprofit leader with more than 30 years of experience in government, workforce development, and justice-impacted reentry systems. She is recognized for building coordinated, results-driven programs that advance equity, restoration, and community impact.


Bringing both professional expertise and lived experience, Ms. Cox, a certified Transformational Coach and Thinking for a Change (T4C) Facilitator, brings a people-centered approach to leadership grounded in faith, accountability, and service. Her career includes senior leadership roles with the American Red Cross, Greenpeace, and Catholic Charities, as well as executive service as the Returning Citizens Liaison as a quasi-partner within the Office of the County Executive in Prince George’s County.


Through iCAN Global Ministries, Ms. Cox continues her commitment to mentoring emerging leaders and advancing pathways to opportunity for justice-impacted individuals and families.


In her spare time, Ms. Cox enjoys traveling, cooking, fishing, and interior design activities that keep her grounded, creative, and inspired.

 Stephen Tamakloe is an accomplished education professional, entrepreneur, and community leader with a strong commitment to youth development, leadership, cultural preservation, and sustainable community impact. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Basic Education and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing, bringing together valuable experienc

 Stephen Tamakloe is an accomplished education professional, entrepreneur, and community leader with a strong commitment to youth development, leadership, cultural preservation, and sustainable community impact. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Basic Education and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing, bringing together valuable experience in education, communication, organizational leadership, and business management.

Stephen serves as a teacher with the Ghana Education Service, where he is dedicated to nurturing young minds, promoting academic growth, and contributing to quality education in Ghana. He is also the founder and owner of Stamafo Splendour Enterprise, through which he supports entrepreneurship, innovation, and business development.

His commitment to service extends throughout the community. Stephen is an active member of the International Central Gospel Church, where he serves in the Security and Traffic Control Department and helps ensure the safety, organization, and smooth coordination of church activities and special events.

Stephen also has the honor of serving Togbi Nyaho Tamakloe IV, Miafiaga of the Anlo State in Ghana’s Volta Region, as Personal Head of Security and Protocol. In this trusted role, he oversees security arrangements, protocol responsibilities, and the coordination of official engagements with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

In addition, Stephen serves as President of the Ewe Royals Association, providing leadership that advances cultural heritage, unity, youth empowerment, and community development. His diverse professional and community experience has strengthened his abilities in strategic coordination, communication, problem-solving, project oversight, and team leadership.

As Director of iCAN Impact Ghana, Stephen provides in-country leadership and oversight for the organization’s programs, partnerships, and community initiatives in Accra, Whuti, and other approved areas of Ghana. He works closely with the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of iCAN Global Ministries, Inc. to support educational advancement, digital inclusion, community development, economic opportunity, and sustainable social impact.

Stephen believes that meaningful and lasting change is achieved through integrity, service, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to empowering others. His leadership, experience, and passion for community transformation are valuable assets to the mission and vision of iCAN Impact Ghana.

His academic and professional qualifications include a Certificate ‘A’ in Teaching, a Diploma in Education, a Diploma in Freight Forwarding and Logistics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. This diverse educational background reflects his dedication to continuous personal and professional growth, while allowing him to combine expertise in education, business administration, and logistics.

As an educator, Lourdez has played an important role in shaping the lives of learners through quality instruction, mentorship, and the promotion of academic excellence. He is deeply committed to helping young people develop the knowledge, confidence, discipline, and leadership skills necessary to achieve their full potential.

Beyond his work in education, Lourdez serves as Chairman of the Tamakloe Youth Association. In this leadership role, he provides strategic direction and supports initiatives designed to promote unity, youth participation, community development, cultural preservation, and the overall welfare of the association’s members.

Lourdez is also a respected member of the Council of Elders under Togbi Nyaho Tamakloe IV. Through this service, he contributes his knowledge, experience, and thoughtful leadership to the preservation of the customs, traditions, and values of the Tamakloe family and the wider community.

Recognized for his integrity, humility, and unwavering dedication to service, Lourdez Tamakloe continues to make meaningful contributions to education, youth empowerment, community development, and traditional leadership. Widely recognized as “The Voice Beyond Borders,” she has hosted and moderated state, diplomatic, multinational, and organizational events for respected institutions and brands, including Volkswagen, USAID, Marriott Hotels, MTN, the Government of Ghana, the London School of Public Relations, and TED Talks.

Her professional experience spans banking, media, marketing, communications, event management, and stakeholder engagement. Karley serves as Executive Director of IFED Global, a youth-led education and empowerment organization committed to developing the potential of young people. She is also the founder of FAM Affair, a social-impact initiative focused on transforming communities, and Angelphase, which equips young people with essential soft skills, etiquette, manners, confidence, and personal-development training.

Passionate about capacity building, leadership development, and women’s empowerment, Karley encourages young people to embrace every opportunity to learn, grow, and prepare for greater responsibilities. Through her proposed “Speak Right to Lead” campaign, she seeks to empower children, youth, and women to overcome timidity, communicate effectively, and confidently use their voices to create positive change.

Throughout his career, Joshua has worked with leading organizations within Ghana’s telecommunications sector, helping to strengthen brand visibility, improve audience engagement, and build meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders. He also provides communications consultancy services to institutions and traditional leadership bodies, offering strategic guidance on public messaging, reputation management, community engagement, and digital communications.

As Secretary of iCAN Impact Ghana, Joshua supports the organization’s governance, administration, and operational coordination. He is responsible for helping maintain accurate board records, meeting minutes, strategic documents, organizational correspondence, receipts, contracts, and other important records. His strong attention to detail, communication skills, and administrative experience contribute to the Board’s transparency, accountability, and effectiveness.

Joshua is passionate about community development, youth empowerment, cultural advancement, and the use of communication as a tool for education and sustainable social change. He believes that clear, responsible, and inclusive communication can strengthen communities, inspire action, and connect individuals with meaningful opportunities.

Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana, along with international professional qualifications that further support his expertise in communications, marketing, leadership, and stakeholder relations.

Through his service on the Board of iCAN Impact Ghana, Joshua is committed to supporting the organization’s mission of expanding educational opportunities, strengthening communities, empowering young people and families, and creating sustainable impact throughout Accra, Whuti, and other communities in Ghana.
